Prices are based on a one phrase greeting, including age, name, graphics, stars & balloons. We deliver, set up, and take down the greeting. Additional phrases can be added for an additional charge.

Our yard greetings stay up approximately 24 hours. We typically set up the evening before the event and pick up the morning after. Greetings can stay up longer for an additional charge.

Payment is due at the time of booking. This will confirm your reservation.

If making a custom order we will verify that we can receive the customer order in time for your booking before we take your payment.

Yard Expressions and all representatives are not responsible or liable for an injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set up or take down of the yard greeting.

If you have a lawn service, please have them come before we set up or after we take down. Lawnmowers or string trimmers will damage the signs.

All signs are property of Yard Expressions, you are responsible for any damage.

Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard greeting set up. Our signs will not the support the weight of small children or adults leaning, sitting, or playing on them.

Please DO NOT attach balloons or anything else to the signs.

Please DO NOT throw away or vandalize the signs.

Please DO NOT move or remove our signs for any reason.

If you need them taken down early please contact us and we will gladly come to pick them up.

We do not set up in Inclement weather. If we are unable to set up due to bad weather you will receive a full refund.

If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so within 72 hours of your reservation in order to receive a full refund.

How much does it cost?

Yard Expressions prices depend on how detailed you would like your design, how many phrases, and how long you would like your sign. We offer discounts for schools and churches. Prices start at $90+
What’s included in the price?

A basic booking consists of the Celebration Phrase (i.e. Happy Birthday!), Name, Age, and Themed Graphics of your choice.
Can I place a special order or custom design?

Yes! Submit the request form with your desired custom yard sign information, and a member of our Yard Expressions team will be in touch. Our Yard Expressions team can help you create the EXACT EXPRESSION for your special day.
Do I need to be present for the setup?

No, we do it all! A member of Yard Expressions will let you know what time they will set up and take down your signs.
What about the weather?

Our signs are completely weatherproof. If there is an instance of severe weather (i.e. strong winds) that prevents the signs from being set up, we will provide a full refund or reschedule.
How do I pay?

Once you have filled out a booking request, a member of Yard Expressions will discuss the details with you and then send you an invoice via email. Payment of the invoice will secure your booking. You can pay by card, apple pay, google pay, or cash.
